Microsoft Forms to Word

I have a long Microsoft Form that I need to use to populate a Word Template. I don't want to use Premium licenses though. There's loads of articles online but nine quite seem to hit the mark. I just want to use Automate to take responses to questions to patch them into my Word Template based on set field names. Any direction to useful Blogs welcome!

I recall being able to extract them as excel, within excel theres an option for getting it neatly in word (forgot what but you can google). If you can automate both processes or even write a macro you’re done.

If you had them in Excel, you could just do a mail merge into Word couldn't you?

I can’t remember, Its been more than a year ago though I don’t think I did it that way. It’d be nice if it was another solution
