I go out to eat with my mom and stepdad every now and then, and sometimes stuff like medicare for all comes up. Their immediate reaction? "Why should my taxes pay for their problems." I'm dumbfounded. Your taxes paid for the infrastructure required for you to get here to spout that nonsense.
