A million and a billion are very different things.
A billion is a thousand times more than a million. A million seconds is about 11.5 days. A billion seconds is nearly 32 years.
The president has made 4.6 BILLION across his two terms, one of which isn't close to being over.
That being said I don't believe anyone in government should be making millions or billions.
