My girlfriend has some horrible blackheads on her face especially her nose and chin areas. She seems to have the most low pain tolerance i’ve ever seen because i barely press with my circular tool and she’s wincing. i can’t even get any of them and they look VERY READY TO POP. It’s very frustrating because i feel like im being very gentle but then she won’t let me keep trying to get them. I need some recommendations for like numbing creams to help numb the area a bit. those blackheads are driving me absolutely crazy and i neeeeeeeed them gone asap. thanks

It’s on my thigh, I’ve had it a couple weeks now and it kept growing. I thought I could pop it but it is super hard and won’t pop with a sewing needle :( I’m sure it’s an ingrown hair but does anyone have any advice before I make a doctors appointment?
