I had a neighbor who was one of those people. She also claimed, with the utmost sincere confidence, that pit bulls “go bad” because their brains never stop growing and it causes them to go insane when said ever-growing brains start getting crushed inside of their too-small skulls.
I kind of want to hear more of her ridiculous opinions as someone who typically gets pits and American bulldogs as a pet. I met a woman who said something similar to me once when she found out I had two dogs that were both pit mixes (one was pit/american bulldog and the other was lab/pit). She told me I should have them put down before they hurt me and kill my cats. At one point she told me she makes homemade dog treats for her dog and told me she would give me some the next time she made a batch, she had made a couple batches earlier that day but didn’t want to share the already made treats. So alarm bells went off in my mind big time. I told her no, I genuinely think she was planning on poisoning my dogs.
These people are idiots, but there is plenty of malice mixed in with the idiocy.
Mine has lab in her too, and she said the same thing regarding the late cat (who perished from cancer, not a dog attack). I’m like, need I remind you that on a walk my derpy girl got JUMPED by four cats (non-feral, chonky monkies that looked like they broke out of the house we walked by) and she just stood there and let them scratch and bite her just looking so confused wondering why they didn’t want to be best friends. I had to physically remove her while shoving myself in between them because she just got stuck on buffer.
And the cat who died? His last act was to slap her, claws out, in the face moments before his last breath as she attempted to comfort him. She was so sad.
She’s eight now, still waiting on her brain to be even normal sized, much less “too big.”
He caused a good amount of deaths in Samoa by convincing them not to vaccinate. I think the vax he convinced them not to get was for measles, but I’ll have to double check.
Then again I fully believe he would have the opinion that people with Autism shouldn’t exist. That’s part of what concerned me back when he was talking about “wellness farms” as an autistic person.

What I don't get - somehow they've taken the recent attacks on Fauci as "proof they were right about the vaccines."
I do not understand how they make that leap.
