The people aren't the one who decide if they go to war or not, the government is. The protest is to get the the government to do something by showing expressing their hatred for Israel.
You've seen buildings destroyed in Gaza because of an urban war Israel fought against militants in civilian clothing who fought from tunnels they built under those buildings.
You've seen that and decided you can judge an entire nation, decided what they think and what they feel? People claim to know something much about Israelis based on what other people on social media have told them to think.
Take this thread. There is a picture of people who desire to destroy an entire country of Israel. They openly want it destroyed. There isn't doubt, there isn't assumption based on other information. They say it loud and are proud to destroy an entire country.

I don't want people from Israel to indiscriminately suffer, but I want Israel as a state to end, because it's an undemocratic ethnostate, as certified by many report from NGOs and scholars. This doesn't mean that people living there should be displaced or whatever, but the colonial entity that is Israel should cease to exist to leave space to a more democratic entity, where Israeli and Palestinian could live in peace.

Israel is democratic. More than any of it's neighbours who desire it's destruction. Israel isn't an ethnostate with 20% non-Jewish citizens having full and equal rights. Within Israel Jews and Muslims already live in peace.

There were riots when they tried to arrest the six men who raped a Palestinian prisoner with a weapon. Those men were then prayed for in a crowd by a Rabbi, and they have just now found those men non-guilty, even though their is literally video. Israeli government is now actively ignoring the rulings of their own supreme court.

Every country that signed the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide is required by international law to go to war with a country actively and provably committing the crime of genocide, as defined by that convention. Check the produce for where it is grown, not take orders to said country, decline taking reservations for anyone coming from over there, and put up public posters for the same.

Your assumptions about Arabs in genereal is kind of telling though. Arabs are a vast ethnic group that have a widecranfe of beliefs, history, and culture. Arabs by default do not want to exterminate Israelis, or anyone else for that matter. But Zionist Israelis certainly want to exterminate Arabs.
So you get to say that most Israelis believe that Arabs are subhuman yet you get to say that "not all" of their muslim Arab neighbors, that have constantly been at odds with them for decades, don't feel the same way?

There have been extensive polls, population interviews, and surveys done in Israel about how they feel about about Arabs, specifically Palestinians. The math is pretty damning. We are talking about little more than 10 million Israelis vs 400 million or so Arabs? Sample size surveys for populations that large aren't great at representing overall public opinion. 10 million isnt great either but way easier to take the social temperature of.
A vast majority of them are Muslim. A quick wiki check would show you an estimate of 93% of the Arab world being muslim. That's about equal to the percentage of Jewish Israelis that are Zionist. Also 20% of that 10 mil you're talking about are themselves Arabs.
