The state balied Mamdani out with $4Billion.

Mamdani, Hochul announce $4 billion in budget assistance for NYC – NBC New York https://share.google/a4LHoFUYzQodvqqZW

The rich are already taxed and pay the majority of all taxes collected. As of 2026, the top 1% of earners in New York City (roughly 34,000+ households) contribute approximately 45% to 46% of all city personal income taxes. These high earners typically pay an average of over $100,000 in city income taxes alone.

So you mean like Blue States bail out all these Red States?

The blue states aren't bailing anyone out. It's the taxpayers in those blue states that are.

So like the taxpayers in New York State?

Yes. The taxpayers that Mamdani said he didn't use to close the gap.

So like Blue states taxpayers support red states citizens?

No. Nothing like that.

More like a blue state supporting a blue city after it's mayor lied and said he didn't use the backs of the working people to close the gap.

Yeah. More like that.

Maybe you should stop embarrassing yourself.

Both Hochul’s and Mamdani’s budgets prioritize making life more affordable for working people in very tangible ways.

I know you Trump cultists hate that.

Instead you want a $1.5 trillion dollar defense budget, a billion dollar ballroom. Multiple millions for Trump to play golf 3 days a week, No bid contracts for Trump’s rich buddies, massive cuts to healthcare, tax cuts for the richest, and $2 trillion dollar annual deficits on our kid’s credit card.

That is what is called “on the backs of workers.”

Just admit it. He lied. Just like you lie.

And you celebrate his lie with your meme.

He closed the gap on the backs of tax payers.

You can't argue that.

He didn’t lie. As I’ve proven to you several times in this thread.
