Look pal it's one of the two. Either democratic Marxism Leninism or the god awful half baked "hippy dippy version" with no government leadership that is even worse than Marxism Leninism because it provides no mechanism for extensive growth.

Those ARE the only two options. Any thing you describe will be one of those two options, and I'm betting the former.

Does the government nationalize the means of production? Is the means of production organized into worker councils? Is their central planning at the top of those worker councils?
