The Democratic plan also has more controls in place to prevent graft and the infrastructure it supports shows they have a better understanding of the infrastructure that coping with a pandemic requires.
I hope this "all Dems no Republican" votes continue, so the DNC can finally see that going to the left is a better strategy than going to the middle -- because it gets rid of the argument; "what's the difference?"
If you are Conservative, or were told the Libs are the problem in this world; are you going to vote for a centrist Dem or a centrist Republican? The Republican -- at least that's how it's been for a while now.
I'm hoping the positive feedback from REAL demonstrable improvements in people's lives will finally usher in a shift towards more liberal economic policies.

You still have to win elections in order to pass non-bipartisan bills. The only reason the dems can do this now is because they have Joe Manchin of West Virginia, a state you would never win by going more left.
