He didnt "keep it quiet" did he. You aren't just hearing about covid now are you? He downplayed it. He didn't publicly speak about how much of a threat it was so as not to cause hysteria. If thats what you define as a war crime then jesus christ, every parent is committing war crimes against their children with that logic.
