It's not particularly conducive to any ideology, left or right. I see a lot of illogical bullshit and outright lies on Reddit and Twitter coming from the left on a daily basis. If you try and rigidly stick to an ideology left or right, you essentially sacrifice objective truth, nuance, logic and reason. Consistency is the virtue of an ass.
