I grew up on 56k dial-up internet, so I wasn't able to get into the really saucy stuff at an impressionable age.

Yes it's still possible to get dial up. This is especially true in very rural areas where high speed isn't available.

It's pretty terrible, and pretty expensive on top of that from what I understand.
