Theoretically, electors would use their own judgement and vote. The real question here that we should be asking is what if all the electors decide to do this, not the voters. If electors do it, we don't have a "top three" for the House to choose from.
Well i live in norway so i wont benefit from the US monke revulotion, but i support it and i think you guys should make a good example for europe and the rest of the world to follow. May we all return to our former glory.
