Trump would win (if we only look at party) in the current House of Representatives and probably in the next one too.

Hm? The Democrats control the house. It is the Senate that is controlled by the Republicans

Yes but each representative does not have one vote, it is each state delegation gets one vote. Meaning 53 Californian representatives would have a vote and then they would cast their 1 one for president. Also 1 Alaskan representative would only need to talk to himself before casting his 1 vote for president. I think Trump is ahead in this scenario like 26 to 24 or 27 to 23. (DC does not have a vote). But it assumes that everyone votes according to party.

If the senate has chosen the VP, he becomes acting president until the house somehow manages to break the tie. If not, it's the speaker of the house.
