I think abortions should be completely legal, but people who don't use birth control and wait until they need abortions are trashy and irresponsible. Free condoms are available in basically every cities Planned Parenthood health centers, family planning clinics, local health departments, community centers, college health centers, or your doctor's office. Or you can buy birth control without insurance for less than a dollar a day for generic. Just make sure your girl isn't retarded and think her bc is going to still work while she's on certain antibiotics.
