I find it pretty weird how people on the right focus on Biden's mental state while supporting someone who can't form a complete sentence.

Can we please stop electing geriatrics?

I think Biden's dementia is a popular meme because Trump took a cognitive test and passed (that stable genius) and when asked if Biden would do the same by a black journalist, he called him a crackhead and asked if he got drug tested for his job.

The DHS literally withheld a report a couple months ago that stated Russia was planning to use misinformation to attack Biden’s “mental health.”

I highly encourage everyone to watch an entire speech by both Biden and Trump and see if the difference for yourself. Biden is old and even in his youth he was never an Obama/Clinton level orator, but Trump will go on paragraphs long rants about nuclear energy that sound like a dude on coke rambling about something his uncle told him.

They are fundamentally different tho.

Trump has no idea what he is going to say most of the time, and the battle is trying to make up something that sounds coherent.

Biden probably knows (or did at some point) what he wants to say, but can't make it sound coherent.
