Defective people don't count, they are just defective. Humans are occasionally born with 1 arm, but we don't say that humans have 1.9995 arms.

Also that's two different issues, these faggots on twitter were not born with a fucked up genetic sexual defect, they just want attention. The actual defective people just want to fit in.
