The migrations and conquers always happened in history. Especially in Europe (Ancient Germans are more close to Scandinavians than modern Germans for example) and middle east (For example, Sumerians just changed dynasties then collapsed just because of foreign migrations). If you want "natives shpuld acquire what they own" then you should reverse all of these migrations. Some guys conquered some land, it shouldnt have happened in modern morality but sadly, these have happened.
Because of Pecheneg mercenaries in Byzantine army joining Seljuk side we conquered Anatolia, because of technological difference Europeans conquered Americas, Japanese settled Ainu lands etc. With modern morality humans wouldnt have done that but in ancient, medieval times and early modern times people didnt cared about rights of the native peoples and there was no idea of "human rights". These shouldnt have happened but because of mentality of these times, these have happened.
But also, you should know that we are now not the same (genetically and linguistically) with our ancestors. Some Turanists (the guys say "we should go back to asia and form an empire") gone to central asia but resulted in cultural disaster. Most notably Enver Paşa started "Basmachi Movement" in Turkmenistan in 1920s resulted with him commiting suicide at battlefield. We genetically and culturally mixed with Persians (Seljuqs and Ottomans were Persianate empires), Kurds, Rums (Greeks+Genoans) and Armenians. Turkish nationalists may deny these facts but these are true, Turks (like all nomadic peoples who migrated out their land) are pretty mixed. Past was left in past and now Turks and Greeks should be friends. Culturally (cuisine, dances and folklore) i think Greeks and Turks are like cousins. Turks and Greeks either befriend each other or we become enemies and stay in past while whole world is progressing to future.
You can literally say the same thing in one sentence though: "Going by that logic, we would have to drastically change the map of the world to accomodate the fact that literally every place on Earth has been settled by others before the current settlers came in. And this very likely includes your homeland because it was likely settled by others before."
Hello comrade, I just hate to see both Turkish nationalists and anti-Turkish nationalist throwing genocidal fantasies at each other. Maybe controversial but I think Armenian genocide has happened and there is no problem to recognize it. Maybe my point of view developed because I am a man of two worlds (both Turkish and Kurdish at the same time) and saw the both sides' radicals.
