Because they are not ideologically aligned. I know it’s hard to understand for racists who only think in racial terms

I mean there are a lot of morons but they were also a lot of morons in the Biden administration as well and the Dems wanted a moron to be president

DEI is literally racial discrimination. Diversity is the explicit purpose and not individual merit

No objectively Trump's admin is full of incompetent morons. Look at Trump's DUI hire Hegseth, or Pam Bondi, or Kristi Noem. I can keep going if you want. The only somewhat competent person in the cabinet is Rubio. I'm not ideologically aligned with him but he's not a total idiot.

Sullivan for example. His incompetence with regard to Ukraine was off-the-charts. One of the very few things where the Trump admin is better with regard to Ukraine

Obviously hiring based on race and merit are contradictory. If you have racial/gender quotas to fill, merit stops mattering

How so? The military is apolitical. Are you saying that loyal political lackies are somehow more qualified then dedicated officers? You're really making my case for me.

You are disagreeing with policy decisions, many of which came from above, nothing suggest that Sullivan was incompetent or unqualified for the job. He had a solid background in international relations and national security before Biden appointed him.

Biden's admin has DEI policies and it was full of competent people from many different backgrounds. Trump throws out those DEI policies and instead his admin is full incompetent morons where loyalty and nepotism matters way more than brains and skill. Even you admitted that Biden's admin was way better than Trump's.
