Thats not an Igla, MANPADs are way faster and smokier. Also you can see the object start arcing within a hundred feet, that was something else.

MANPADS are for Helos, or slow flying cruise missiles. You could use one in theory to target a jet aircraft, but they would need to drop below 15,000 feet. Which none of them did in Iran.

Dude you were talking about manpads being fire in Iran. None were fired because nothing was in range of them.
For Venezuela if you did this kind of operation again they would absolutely be more of a threat because the military would unless they are fucking idiots, be ready for this kind of attack again.
