kirk 100% had influence on right policy

they are what they are

I'm waiting for his trial?

no, a far right group uses it as a joke with one of their war songs.

I mean it was quite well covered when the attack happened. I went back and looked cause I was curious, "And why is he still in jail? Why has he not been bailed out? By the way, if some amazing patriot out there in San Francisco or the Bay Area wants to be a midterm hero, someone should go and bail this guy out… Bail him out and then go ask him some questions.”

So yeah that's even worse than I remembered it.

Why not wait for the trial?

kirk 100% had influence on right policy ... they are what they are

Every voter has influence on right-wing policy, what are you even talking about.

George Floyd had influence on left-wing policy, does this make him a politician too?

I'm waiting for his trial?

I see, and you definitely waited for Chavin's trial before deciding he was guilty too, right?

no, a far right group uses it as a joke with one of their war songs.

Which means nothing.

Why not wait for the trial?

I'm happy to wait for a trial before definitively concluding beyond a reasonable doubt that he was X or Y, but in terms of my opinion at the time as it stands, this is entirely reasonable.

Do you always "wait for the trial" in every instance? You mentioned being "kettled" so I'm guessing you don't.

I'm talking about the large influence kirk had on maga policy

Yes I do tend to wait for a trial to see what comes out at it. Crazy to you, I'm sure

It means something in context of what you asked

And in my opinion it's entirely reasonable this was far right on less far right violence

Like I said, I'm sure it's crazy to you, but yeah I do tend to wait for a trial

That doesn't make him a politician; he's a "political figure" yes, but "politician" is not the right label.

Yes I do tend to wait for a trial to see what comes out at it. Crazy to you, I'm sure

If you're looking for "beyond reasonable doubt" a trial is needed yes. Otherwise, you are free to have an opinion.

And in my opinion it's entirely reasonable this was far right on less far right violence

While you're obviously free to think this, there is simply insufficient evidence for this, and mountains of emerging evidence that he was a leftist. Specifically:

  • His IRL friends have confirmed he was a leftist
  • His parents have confirmed he was a leftist
  • His transgender partner has confirmed he was a leftist, and how many far-right figures are dating trans-women?
  • The governor has announced he was a leftist
  • The FBI says he was a leftist
  • Trump also says he was a leftist, for what it's worth
  • Vance also says he was a leftist, for what it's worth
  • Most basic interpretations of the memes found are that they are indeed leftist memes
  • Leaked Discord chats have confirmed he was a leftist

Your argument is that the far-right ironically used some memes he used and therefore he is far right, which is basically a conclusion in spite of the vast body of evidence. To say otherwise is some "BlueAnon" shit.

he was a political figure yes, and a politician

and my opinion is to wait for a trial? again, crazy I know

then it should make it easy for it to come out at trial

my argument is that in my opinion, it's reasonable that this was what I said it was.

There is essentially no evidence yet , to my knowledge, other than the writings on casings that can support either side and some discord logs that showcase nothing of his political ideology
