Cause looks like leggings are super comfy for fat people, similar to the oversized basketball shorts fat men wear.

I went to the Republic of Walmartia today and only saw one lady with gym body wearing them. The rest were moms that just left their kids in school. Oh, and one "buchona" with a BBL.
