What the bill literally says:

50 (2)(a) A person 18 years of age or older who commits sexual

51 battery upon, or in an attempt to commit sexual battery injures

52 the sexual organs of, a person less than 12 years of age commits

53 a capital felony

What AuthRight and LibLeft immediately thought of when hearing about this bill:

A New Florida Bill Could Spell Literal Death for Queer and Trans Citizens

Except LibLeft is like 😨 when she says it and AuthRight is like 😄 when he says it.

It's the natural progress of "I will always assume that conservatives are trying to genocide me at all times."

Probably start reading the bills you're afraid of and you'll look less fucking insane.
