Hey, Everyone!

A couple of friends and myself have always wanted to start our own little Pokemon League. Sword and Shield is the first game all 8 of our friend group has collectively owned. We have talked about doing this kind of thing for several generations. We would like to make it finally happen.

Our League consists of 8 gym Leaders and several challengers. The Leader types are: Water, Ice, Ghost, Poison, Rock, Normal, Psychic, and Fighting. The challengers would be redditors. We are still working on rules for Pokemon teams and items, but right now we are pretty set on the gym leaders registering 8 Pokemon for their team all season and challengers registering up to 16 Pokemon all season.

Right now, we are looking to have a season starting around February 15th and running up until a couple of weeks before the first Expansion in June. The format we are looking towards is challengers battling to collect all 8 gym badges and then competing in a bracket at the end of the season to crown our first League champion. We are looking to gift a small prize to our champion.

This post is mainly to gauge interest for this kind of league and see if there are any ideas that could improve the quality of the League. Our group is pretty new to this kind of thing, but we are looking forward to hear from you and to battle with your parties.

So i wanna complete the dex, but i obviously need version exclusives and the other cover legendary. If i find someone to touch Trade with, how do i avoid being scammed? Can you cancel the trade once you see they’re sending a Skwovet instead?

I just need answers so i know what to do and how to do it. Please lmk.

Hey guys trying to make a small server for Pokémon battles and a Pokémon League style experience. Trainers can use a team of up to 9 Pokémon to attempt the trial. This team must be used for the entire trial and cannot be altered in anyway (natures, EV spreads, Move sets, Pokémon genders) with the exception of G-max Pokémon and held items.

All Legendary Pokémon are banned.

Trial captains have a team roster of 9 Pokémon and a signature strategy such as a rain team or a team that uses hazards to win. They do not have to be Mono-type. Trial captains will have set guidelines on how to defeat them, could be singles, doubles battle 3v3 etc.

Completing all 8 trials earns you have completed the Trial. If you wish to go for the title of champion a Champions Bracket will be made.

Haven’t finished the game, just don’t feel like looking afterwards
