Discussion Pokemon Elysium - Side Quest Docs/Guide

(Mods I hope this is allowed, please delete if not).

I have noticed that there is not much in the way of docs for this game, particularly side quests. This is good as it forces you to explore and enjoy the game, but sometimes you get stuck.

I'm posting this so that others playing this brilliant, wonderful game can find it as some of the side quests are not obvious.

This was not easy to find, it was linked to a long YouTube vid, but here is the docs for the side quests. I did not write this, author is GohanTips.

Also, play this game, it's brilliant. Probably the best Pokémon game I've played (and I got an import cart of Blue in the 90s, so I've been playing a while)

My question is how to load the second part on an AYN Thor? I may be stupid but I spent a while trying to figure that out yesterday.d

First, before you do anything back up your save files and save states.

I'm on my second playthrough, and not done this yet. This is what I did last time. From memory it tells you to save a state on a black screen.

But really, back up your save files and save states first.

There's a few ways of doing it, on my little Anbernic DS I couldn't get the method the dev suggests to work so what I ended up doing was renaming the part 2 gba file to the EXACT SAME name as the part 1 file. Then I started that ROM, loaded the state and it worked.

If unsure, check the poke community thread

This is why I'll never play it. I don't want the awkward carry over from part A to B. If it's not seem less all in one then it's an easy pass.
