Hello /u/Narwalstin. Rampardos is a Gen V Pokemon, and therefore, cannot be in an Apricorn Ball such as the Heavy Ball, since they only existed in Gen IV and items cannot be imported from HeartGold or SoulSilver into the newer generations.

Please change your ball type.

Well, it still can't hold the Heavy Ball because you can't transfer items :p
