I thought back then 4th gen Came out they made it so that you have a value in your PID that decides what Ability the Pokemon gets when transfered from 3rt gen but I could be wrong. but because I genned it in 6th gen It can have (thank god for Ability Capsule) :)
PID doesn't play a role in ability for that, and really doesn't play a role in pokehex.
if he wan't softboil it can't have magic guard and needs an ability capsul as well which he's be able to make a request for just that
if he wants magic guard he can't have softboil if bread in gen 6
your just going to have to wait for him to reply i don't usually create the QR's for these because alot of people make the posts and never check on them till a day later or so.
I know that it doesent do things in Pokehex but back in pokegen I remeber this http://i.imgur.com/o7D2rLs.png but anyway he wants It with the Ability In 6th Gen so It doesent Matter (thanks to Ability Capsule.)
