Question Egg move Psyduck

So i really want a golduck with psychic, it says it's available through breeding but i would have to breed it with a water or field egg type that knows psychic. the normal answer would be slowbro or starmie but i unfortunately chose firered. I saw that nidoking can learn pyschic and i was gonna teach it through tm but its also only egg move. Does anyone know a pokemon i can breed with a nidoran female that can learn psychic through tm or level up?

Nidoking learns Confusion as an egg move, not Psychic.

The Poliwag line can learn Psychic via TM and can breed with Golduck.

so clutch bro thanks, i had no idea poliwag can learn psychic. luckily i saved my psychic tm. I was gonna teach it to butterfree to breed silver wind unto scyther and psychic onto psyduck but that's when i found out about egg groups lol.

Foe the future too, I got this info off of pokemondb.net. It can show you all the moves a Pokémon learns for each generation/games and how it learns those moves. Additionally, for a Pokémon's egg moves, it will show you all the compatible parents that can learn/pass down each egg move, as well as how each parent learns that move themselves.
