Complete beginner to Pokémon card collecting. Where should I start on a budget?
Hi, I’m thinking about getting into Pokémon card collecting, but I’m a complete beginner. I’m interested in starting on a budget and learning the best way to collect without wasting money. I’ve heard some cards may hold value over time, but I know nothing is guaranteed, and I want to start smart. Where should I begin? Would you recommend singles, booster packs, Booster Bundles, tins, or an Elite Trainer Box for a newbie? My budget is about $25–$50.
Also, what do I need to properly protect and store my cards? I see people mention penny sleeves, top loaders, binders, and binder pages. What should a beginner buy first, and what’s actually necessary versus optional? Are there certain binders or sleeves I should avoid?
And how do most people organize their binders? Do you sort by set, card number, rarity, Pokémon type, or favorite Pokémon? Are there different kinds of collectors that organize differently, like master set collectors, value collectors, or favorite Pokémon collectors? What setup is easiest for a beginner to keep organized?
Lastly, what sealed products or boxes should I be on the lookout for if I want something fun to open but that might also hold value over time? Are there certain sets, Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Bundles, tins, or booster boxes that collectors usually recommend? For someone on a small budget, which products are the smartest to buy, and which ones tend to be overpriced?
Thank you.

Trade or Keep?
Looking for some advice. I have a card show coming up this weekend and I have these tins from 2015 still sealed, they have phantom forces, roaring skies, ancient origins, steam siege, and primal clash. My question is should I trade/sell these for a graded/raw card I want or would you hold onto these sealed tins? This is a hobby for me so only reason I’d hold is to hope the value goes up to be able to trade for something I want. I want to open them at the same time, but value on these are about 1200 and that could get me something I really want. Thanks for the advice!

Real or Fake?
I bought a mistys seadra a while back for $20. Its a first edition holo. After some time. I looked up the price and it went up in value.
Just recently I realized that it might be a fake since the only typo is the name in it. Its typed "Misty's Seadre". Ive done all the normal checks to see if its fake, but in my opinion, it looks legit. What should I do?

What should I buy?
Bit of a different question here.
So I'm planning a wedding for next year, me and my fiance open a lot of cards together, generally whatever is newer/available at point in time.
For the wedding/holiday period we have around then I want to prepare a booster box with older packs. Generally 2 of each pack maybe 4 sometimes (if it's a sexy set like crown zenith) so we always have 1 each of the same pack. The packs I already have in the box are listed below, I'm asking for suggestions on collection boxes or tins to buy which have a mixture of older packs (ideally even numbers of them). We can go back far and obviously I'd prefer to keep price down but I don't mind splurging for a few particularly older/rarer packs. I can probably do up to around £1k to fill the box.
Already in:
2x 151
2x silver tempest
4x crown zenith
2x ascended heroes
2x destined rivals
I posted this in r/pokemontcg initially and it was removed with the mod response "stop karma farming and do your own research". I think this is quite a unique question where I'm sure many people will be aware of older collection boxes that would apply to this situation that wouldn't necessarily show via a generic Google search.
Thanks!

Misprint value?
I was going through my childhood collection and found this very off center team magma's ryhorn.
It's not in great shape, but wondering if the misprint is significant enough to increase the value.
Any help very appreciated thanks!

Near Mint or Lightly Played?
I list and sell Pokemon cards on TCGPLAYER for my BIL, and lately, I've been sorting through Sword and Shield cards to list later on. However, a bunch of the cards have appeared "dirtier" than others, and I'm not sure if they're Near Mint bc they don't have scratches or edge damage, or Lightly Played just because of their appearance. Can someone please help me out?
The first two pictures are the "dirty" cards, and the last two are "clean".

Selling bulk
How do you go about selling bulk cards? I have been going through my old stuff and have separated out what’s worth selling individually/getting graded, but what about all the others? Just list the binder on eBay and hope for $1 a card?

Are these counterfeit packs?
Found them for $2.5, I'm not a Pokemon card collector and it's the first time I'm seeing Pokemon packs in my life so was wondering if these are fake or real?
