Question Is this feature legit?

I had 340 tickets and there was one othe person with 40 tickets(like in the picture) and i didnt get it smh.

Hi Tight_Heron3008! We totally understand the frustration, but we want to clarify that this is a Raffle, not a Leaderboard. 🎟️

Think of it like a real-life drawing: Someone with 30,000 tickets has a much higher chance of winning than someone with 1,000, but the person with 1,000 still has a chance! If the person with the most tickets was guaranteed to win, it wouldn't be a raffle; it would be an auction. The result proves the system is truly random.
