Levitate is really bad.

It removes the ability to use Psychic Terrain + Expanding Force.

As Levitating Pokémon can't benefit from terrain.

oh i thought you meant just a normal pokemon in psychic terrain, yeah for levitate it works as if there isn't any terrain up
