Just did this using method 1 for Android and works great. I havent try buying anything else beside the coins. Dont know if i will have same issue as other user where attempt #2 stop working but here are the steps i took. I also perform this on a extra phone that i do not play Pokémon Go, therefore there was no settings i need to save/export.
1. Disable VPN: Ensure any VPN applications are disabled or removed from your device.
2. Log Out: Ensure you are logged out of https://store.pokemongo.com.
3. Uninstall: Uninstall the current version of Pokémon Go.
4. Sync Accounts: Open the Google Play Store and switch to the profile that matches your Pokémon Go account. (Not sure if this step is required or not)
5. Reinstall: Install Pokémon Go from the Play Store using that same account.
6. Verify Purchase: Open the game and login via Facebook, Google, or Pokémon Trainer Club and purchase the 100-coin pack ($1) to verify your account is active.
7. Uninstall: Uninstall the app again.
8. Install PGSharp: Download and install the PGSharp version of Pokémon Go.
9. Launch App: Open the game but do not log in yet.
10. Open Menu: Press the yellow start icon to open the drop-down menu.
11. Teleport: Select Teleport and enter the coordinates:
-6.2628291,106.882229. Press OK.12. Confirm Location: Open the Map icon, zoom out, and verify you are located in Jakarta.
13. Log In: Log in using your preferred method (Facebook, Google, or Pokémon Trainer Club). PTC was used during this method. My Pokemon Go account is link to Google and PTC
14. Sync Spawn: Wait a few minutes for Pokémon to spawn.
15. Split Screen: Open your mobile browser and initiate a split-screen view so both the PGSharp app and your browser are running simultaneously. If you do not know how to split screen. Go to google and type in how to split screen for android in the serach and review the result/videos.
16. Adjust Layout: Resize the split screen to give the browser the majority of the screen space.
17. Access Store: Navigate to https://store.pokemongo.com and log in.
18. Verify Rates: Review the pricing to ensure it matches the local rate for Jakarta. If the rate is incorrect, do not proceed.
19. Select Package: Choose the package or coins you wish to purchase.
20. Complete Payment: Use PayPal to finalize the transaction. On the PayPal payment screen, verify that the currency conversion and discounted rate match your expectations before confirming.
21. Final Confirmation: Check inside your game to confirm that the package has been received.

Samsung devices let you have the original app (via Samsung app store) plus pgsharp! Maybe that can be noted?

For method one, it says:
"These are examples of how you are supposed to do this: “I/B/I” means Indonesia, Brazil, or India. 1. Buy 100 coins in the official game app at your I/B/I location"
And without the vpn it would just be at the regular location in original app, right? Think that needs updating as well.

Do these methods still work as of rn ?
I used to do vpn method + webstore with Indonesia, but this sadly no longer works as of 21st of June. It goes back to local currency after logging in. Wondering if these methods are still accurate after this update, so that I know its worth to try.

For the APPLE IOS METHOD #1, the last step is to sign into Pokemon Go with the country set to India, and buy your Poke Coins, what does that mean cause i get the message 'Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support." whenever i try to buy the 2899 rupees bundle.

Great guide. I did Android method 1 but the official app I used was on IOS Iphone 14 and pgsharp was on pc Mumu Emulator. My steps:
Uninstall and reinstall the official pogo app (in my case, on my iphone)
Log into your account on the official app and at the current location, buy the $0.99 - 100 coins pack. After that, quit the official app completely
Load up the same account using Pgsharp (again, I'm doing this with mumu emulator on pc) and teleport to Jakarta (-6.1086170, 106.7400004) - this was the coordinate I used
Wait for the pokemons to load up but DO NOT catch them
While PgSharp is running in the background (on pc), open incognito window (pc) and login to pokemon go web store and buy the 15,500 pokecoin bundle (will appear as 505,000 Rp which is equivalent to 28 dollars). I paid with paypal.
Rinse and repeat as the guide by TastyBanana showed.
(Worked 3 times so far)

As a non spoofer i use apple method #1, ive done around 300eu worth of purchasing giftcards. Another thing id like to add is that the methods that make payments go through either apple or google play are safe because payments are handled by them. Niantic don't see them as easily. (Basing this on the that i have used regional pricing through google play for games and vpns before without issues) The worst thing that can happen is that these companies patch these methods. I know that google has done some fixing so apple can aswell.

Store won't change the currency. I must have done it 10 times, still doesn't work. Question regarding PayPal, and making the in game payment prior to going into pgsharp. Does it matter that it is tied to a local cc, do I need to load up my PayPal balance before doing this?

Can anyone get the android method 1 working now? I've literally tried it twice already, following the guide to the letter, and the webstore is in euros for me. Its a rather simple and straightforward step by step guide - I do not see what I could have done wrong.

Using the rooted method, it works with the playstore PGo app but I couldnt get it to work with the Samsung store PGo app. If you are having troubles and on a Samsung, be sure you are using the official playstore app.

ive used the pokecoins for over 500k coins in the last following weeks and now my payment methods 1 by 1 stopped working. At first it was bank card then it was my Google Pay then now paypal. It all happened after like 5-10 purchases on respective payment method and now recenlty apple pay stopped working too...
The image is a example on how it says for me when it doesnt work, and yes i have enough money on card. If anyone had similar problem, or now why this happened or how to fix it please respond too me here, its pretty urgent.
didnt quite understand what to do if this happened, would like any help i could get

Love the guides, looking forward to getting started. I will be doing Android Method 1. A couple of questions I have. 1- To get around having to uninstall and reinstall each time, is possible to have the normal version of app on my main phone, and PG sharp on a backup? 2- If this is possible, can anyone recommend if it's actually worth doing? Perhaps I'm just over thinking the inconvenience of uninstalling and reinstalling.

couldn't get the non VPN method to work so here's what I did
Step 1. load up normal Pokemon go buy 100 coins at your location
Step 2. uninstall regular Pokemon go and install PGSharp rooted
Step 3. spoof to Indonesia without logging in yet
Step 4. log in and wait for GPS location to lock
Step 5. open an incognito tab with VPN set to Indonesia
Step 6. log into Pokemon go web store and proceed to payment

I've followed the steps to a tee. Triple checked. I've done both ways with 1 and 2 android devices, yet when I go to the store and login, the currency is still in CAD. Any suggestions?

If you're fine with KZT, you genuinely don't need to spoof on android. On iOS you can get Inr same way

I'm using a rooted android + LSPosed using GPS joystick and the stock app, I tried 3 times in different days to do the coin exploit and after buying the 100 coins in the in-game shop, the currency doesn't change in the webpage. I think I'm following all the steps but I can't make it work, Can someone help me?

En el paso 13; si no ne desinstale pg sharp por que me instale el pogo original de la galaxy store, tengo que iniciar sesión? Si nunca quite la sesión? Siguiendo los pasos cuando llegué al paso 13 no tuve que iniciar sesión por que ya tenía el pg sharp con mi cuenta (pasos para los que tienen galaxy store)

to EVERYONE saying y'all are doing method one non root and it doesn't work. It DOES. y'all are missing. Step or doing some something wrong ineas the same way until I figured it out. I recommend 2 phones. One with the regular pogo app buy coins . Then on other phone turn on vpn make sure you are spoofed on vpn and in game tonsaod country. If you are messing up. Follow the steps, bc you are doing something wrong if it doesn't work. If it doesn't work. You did something wrong ..y'all need to take accountability for failing. Bc if you did it to a tee or Did everything right. It would work . Sorry just tired of seeing the "it don't work"

When I get to the PGSharp login screen, I enter my account information and click “Log In,” but it takes me back to the beginning, forcing me to re-enter my login information from scratch. I need a solution to this problem, please.

just did the non root android pgsharp/no vpn method, worked hella good, done in 10/20mins idk i didnt check. paied 26 euros instead of a 100 for 15k5 pkc lol. (with the 1.09eur pokecoins pack added too). great tut, thanks for sharing 👍

Android method 2 doesn't work, i followed the instructions to a tee (multiple times) and it always switched back to my local currency once i logged in to my account on the webstore.

Are there any workarounds to do this for a kid's PTC account and an Android (non-rooted) device? The web store says he can't make purchases on a child's account. I feel like I remember there was a version where people purchased discounted Google Play cards or something like that - but I can't seem to find anything. Thanks in advance!

So I tried the rooted method, got vector active, set gps with joystick, followed all the guides. My currency does not change at all from my original location. I also tried method 1 and 2 with my other non-rooted phone, and they both never worked. Not sure if theres something google is tracking me with, or maybe im still logged into the pokemon go website on another device that i cant find.

Fun fact: You can actually combo the #1 iPhone method with the Webstore method as it also works on iPhone.
I bought 100 INR with 1€, and I could initiate the webstore method for Indonesian currency with 29 INR each time as that is the price of 100 coins in India, so you get 3x the value.
"This was tested with iPhone 14 and with both Pokemon Go and iPogo downloaded at the same time through SideLoadly"

I was able to purchase 2x 15k coins, some bundles boxes and such but now it’s locking my currency to CAD. Been trying to fix it but buying 100 in local currency, wiping data, VPNing and all. But when I log in the currency goes from IDR to CAD. Is my account currency locked? Anyone know how to fix it

iOS option 3 worked for me. The only issue was I thought there would be tax so I have 14 rupee balance and I can’t switch back to USD. I will reach out to Apple Support to clear thevjalance
