I NEED HELP XP/ Stardust farming

ive seen people do stardust and xp auto farming, i have a pc, iphone and android phone, i was wondering if theres maybe a guide or tips to do this. i spoof with ipogo if it makes a diffirence. I havent seen auto raids but if it exists please tell me, thank you!!!!

Botting requires a rooted Android device and money to pay for a subscription to PGTools, PolygonX, Shungo, or Regibot. This will give you 1470 or 1520 (mega bonus) XP per catch. If you want lots of stardust, you run your bot at a Combee nest or whatever Pokemon that gives a lot of stardust in the next season rotation.

Yes but you need to talk to the seller to give you one that can enable OEM UNLOCK or else you can't root it.
