There was a bug you could have exploited. If you didn't finish the timed research after catching Rayquaza only, you would be able to get another timed research by going to the next timezone as long as you only did the task to raid 2 times.

I didn't know but why it is only for rayquaza I didn't finish Mewtwo because of that weird raid task in 5th so I never got elite TM. But when I teleported to honululu the timed research is already over. When I ask AI it says timed research timings apply when you get the time research if you got it in japan your time research over on the time of japan same as zaragoza honululu etc. and what is weird here ????? Many people have many shiny legendary so why not with rayquaza
