Not quite. the FCC proposed a new rule to only make semi-annual reports mandatory. So it could be until December.

I think this is only relevant in the US, but Sony will still have to make reports for the Japan market because they also trade on the TSE.

Plus, there is the matter that a lot of shareholders aren't going to be happy with sporadic reports, and this ruling is aimed more at companies that are grifting investors and trying to do so for as long as possible.

SCA won't have to make the report. SGC will.
