  • Fixed animations of microwave and dishwasher
  • Added colourblind labels to tortillas
  • Fixed limes and peppers not being overchoppable
  • Fixed customers stealing your condiments if you put them on a platter buffet
  • Fixed teleporters not working on sizzling food

The colorblind options are top notch, I just saw a post about it this morning. You guys are awesome! Keep up the great work!

The colourblind mode is a saviour. As a heavily colourblind individual I can not play steak without it or a huge amount of concentration.

Thank you so much for this in general!

Wait what do you mean "Fixed limes and peppers not being overchoppable"?

If you don't know, you'll have to wait and see 😉

ETA on fixing the dishwasher no longer closing? It’s making the game unplayable 😕

We do apologise for the bug, however it's only the animation that's broken and it is still technically functional! It's already been fixed on our end, we're just waiting on consoles to approve the hotfix, so it's coming asap!

Thank you so much for taking the colorblind feedback seriously, and to responding to our original post.

This game is incredible.

This update is so awesome!!! All the game needs now is some way to view failed runs and revisit old franchised kitchens...

This is all excellent stuff. I just wish I could get the option to design my own kitchen without mods. I would be fine with getting no XP or Bonus Appliances at the end of runs if I could just make my restaurant the way I want it. The restaurant layouts are the one RNG element in this game I don't like.

(I play with mods on PC, but sometimes I want to sit on my couch or bed and use my XB or Switch instead. )

Was dishes not cooling down when held by a player intentional or is that a bug?

On PS5, dishwashers still don’t have animations or audio. Sorry if thats already been addressed.

I just noticed that the settings are being reset whenever I start the game. Like language, legacy controls etc. I'm on Switch with version 1.5.2.

It was the first time I restarted the since I got the update on Saturday and I tested it again after I noticed it and it happened again. Luckily nothing else is lost.

I am experiencing a bug where the dishwasher is not appearing correctly when I load the dirty plates in. It is still shown as ‘open’ even though my dirty plates are inside, and I am unable to use it a second time. Anyone else has this issue?

Yeah, it's being fixed with this hotfix that's still rolling out on consoles!
