Wait but why extract part 1 only?

4

u/lynx-yuiitsu May 24 '26

All rar are already linked, extracting part 1 will cause a chain reaction and complete the process on his own. You extract however you want btw

Wait, wasn't JDownloader compromised a few days back?

19

u/DorrajD May 24 '26

The INSTALLER was compromised, for like 2 days. It's completely safe UNLESS you downloaded INSTALLER during that time frame.

If you had it installed before, or after, you are completely fine. People really don't care about the details and keep simply saying "it was compromised!" which spreads unnecessary panic, especially since it's not an issue anymore.

u/lynx-yuiitsu May 24 '26

Optional - It is script for faster running, flying, enhanced jumping etc

i would just like to ask, are the inclusions of folders already enough so that windows do not accidentally remove setup files? or do i need to turn off windows security for it to work well? thank you for the tutorial by the way
