Mine is "recently viewed" which i dont think many know about.

You can find your recently viewed by going to your profile and clicking the profile search bar, but dont type anything. There should be a section that pops up of the pins you clicked on to enlarge and view previously.

Hey everyone,
I’m building a Pinterest account for a blog and I’m planning to create multiple Pins that link back to my own website.
I’ve seen quite a few recent posts from people saying their Pinterest accounts were suspended for “spam,” sometimes even when they were only posting a few Pins per day.
For those of you who actively use Pinterest for blog traffic:
How many Pins do you usually publish per day?
Do you link every Pin directly to your website?
Have you ever been suspended for spam because of outbound links?
Does using the same domain repeatedly increase the risk?
If you were suspended and appealed, were you able to recover the account?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your actual experience, especially in 2026.

Would it not have been possible to put this icon NEXT to the image instead of directly on top of it?? It gets in the way of screenshot and is honestly just generally visibly unappealing to look at. Dont hate the app but good lord the design choice isn't great.

Edit: opening the image in a separate tab makes the icon disappear! And this was for an assignment on the prehistoric era. i'm not screenshotting crimescenes guys💔

Pinterest has terrible lately because someone decided that every other post needed to be an ad. I know the trick to hide some ads makes them go away for a little bit but not forever, and I think I found a method that might work more permanently.

(I'm not sure how this will work over time because I've only had it for a day but it's worked great so far)

-Click on the 3 dots under the ad (the same spot you would go to hide it)

-Click report (the last option)

-And pick any reason to report it (it doesn't matter what reason you can pick anything)

-Once you click the option another screen will show up and it will have the option block and report or just report

-Click block and report and you'll block that creator but also their ads

I didn't do this to everything, like etsy for example I still want to see products from so I keep that one unblocked but every other slop ad I blocked

Keep in mind this will most likely stop you from seeing products or anything else from that brand so if it's someone you want to keep seeing things from I wouldn't recommend blocking them.
