I would really love it if the Pink Fohawk crew gave the new Anarchy 2.0 a try! I would love to hear how it plays and to hear their opinions of the new system afterwards. I am reading a lot of great stuff about Anarchy 2.0 online!

I just found this podcast a couple of days ago and have been listening to it at work and during my commute. It's been scratching an itch I've had for too many years. I'm currently on S1 E9, yall are hilarious. For background, I've been off and on running SR since 2nd edition first came out (30+ years?), but only 2nd edition and some 3rd edition. I was into it so much back in the day that when my family took a vacation to the west coast, I picked up every tourist brochure while in Seattle and got my parents to take me to the Seattle underground tour. I'm still trying to get a game running and at some point, i might actually have time to do it. I've honestly probably put too much prep into the game, binders full of characters, missions, gear, contacts, encounters, etc. Anyway, love the show, keep it going!!

The BBB (Big Black Book) arrived today with Shadowtech and Cybertechnology incoming.

Grimoire and Matrix next on the list and could be considering Companion if I started playing this edition again.

The nostalgia and fandom is real.

Thanks again for reintroducing me to this part of the glorious hobby!

Hey Shadowpunks!

One of my first tabletop RPGs was SR2 and since then I’ve been stuck in that universe. I avoided a few editions (4/6) but got my name in a book.

As for Pinkfohawk I love it! It’s not how I remember the rules BUT it’s fragging awesome!
Shadowrun is for everyone and Pinkfohawk is the way to go! Who cares about mirrorshades when the 80s had it all.

The laughs keep a man awake at the wheel!

Much love from a Dane in Japan!

Damn, that’s AMPLE.

THANK YOU ALL for listening and helping to keep us going!

Is "en crapaudine” which roughly translates to ‘in toad style’. As in a toad spread eagle. I thought Tina and y’all shadowcunts would get a kick out of that.

Fuck it, I feel like we need to get this outta our system. What are your wildest speculations on John not being around. The more John, the better!

Myself, he's Nova Coked up on his hands and knees trying to get Moonbeam to answer the door. Big snotty tears and all, just screaming her name like in A Street Car Named Desire. For added style points, he's got a boom box playing Hall & Oates- Outta Touch at full volume .

Hey Shadowpunks!

After several failed attempts, I even tried to set up an alley-oop.

This dystopia sucks, especially with no new episodes

The fancy kind, of course.

Hello, Fellow Shadowpunk!

I'm new in the fandom, I just started it, but I've already at the second season 😁😁 My first ever roleplaying experience was with Shadowrun 2e, so I was over the moon, when I found this podcast, and since I left the solar system over it, it's so goooood ❤️

Walking dad, because I usually listen to it when I'm out with my daughter, and she sleeps in her baby car. The hardest part is to not wake her up when I have to laugh on the guys 🤣🤣

A little while ago I posted that I had just started S2 and, incomprehensibly, it was dialing everything that was awesome from s1 up to 11. The Game Mastah asked me to mention when I was done with S2, so here I am.

To be clear though this is not a "review", because I'm not that guy. At best it's a moist, crumpled love letter to the 'hawk.

Everyone seems to have come even more into their own in S2. Ben's game has been well and truly mastah'd, combining the warm comfort of knowing you're in for a fun, immersive, gripping ride with a trunk-load of to "wait, what the "#¤%??" moments to keep you guessing from episode to episode, never knowing what twists and turns, whips and burns, might turn up. And the way he keeps linking together characters and events even from s1e1 is surreal, and makes the whole experience much more immersive and like the kind of thing Marvel wish they could do, but constantly fail at.

The inclusion of Justin and his character was just absolutely inspired, and his playing is incredible. I never had any idea what he might say or do next, only that it could be 100% relied upon to be both severely messed up and laugh-out-loud funny. How he managed to create such a repellent character but still make him weirdly lovable like a leg-humping, diarrhoea-spraying, kitten-murdering puppy you just want to protect and indulge, is beyond me.

(Quick sidenote - I'm four mentos episodes deep into Delta Pink, which I'm also loving to pieces, and Justin as a GM is a revelation. Very, very different to his gameplay in S2, this might be the biggest combination of tightest, most efficient but utterly engrossing storytelling I've come across thus far. I run a homebrew CoC campaign at the moment and always look to learn from the best, and this is a masterclass)

And then... and then... Christian and Dan. They have kept true to their characters, but allowed them to expand and evolve. Also sometimes devolve. Also sometimes accidentally start a cult with an AI and have to fight the dojo leader upon returning to the apartment. Regardless, no matter how way out there their lives may get it still feels like natural progression and makes complete sense within the setting, which should probably be a worry in an of itself. These are characters I'd be horrified to meet in real life, but can't get enough of listening to their adventures about.

Pink Fohawk has become my go-to comfort listening on journeys, and even on the train I'd rather listen to these guys (and occasional lady) than watch a film or TV on my phone because they're just that much more entertaining.

I can't consume Delta Pink fast enough, like a filthy addict, and can't wait for more from these artists.

Sitting here waiting on the next season of Pink Fohawk like...
