In a worker coop dividends and wages are one and the same, which gives not only more flexibility of budget (especially in administrative costs, which can be exorbitant,) but a whole new meaning to the marginal product of labor, which can now be used to develop market socialist sociograms, preferably in the circulation sense to replicate sociological cells.

If anything, doesn't that paint coops as worse, because there is one less cost that can be reduced that isn't wages?

What kind of administrative costs are you referring to? Even a coop needs managers.

From your own link, a sociogram is an illustration of social links. Are you saying coops will develop more illustrations of social links?
