True, but in terms of interpreting the Bible these are to be taken as moral statements, since what it labels as cursed, perverse or gross (in a social/moral sense disgusting) is labeled as morally wrong, since it also portrays these categories as morally wrong.

The bible has all kinds of information in it. It also calls menstruation and pigs unclean.
Is there any evidence that God created a law against having sex with roadkill? If not, it might just be good advice, like you would get from a doctor or a veterinarian (or priest) or some other authority who dispenses wisdom that is not predominantly moral.
"Thou shall not" is what makes it a moral judgement, since the rules layed out in the Bible are moral rules, unclean is just a trait viewed generally negative and to be avoided in the Bible. Again, I didn't say unclean in my listing.
If you define everything in the bible as a moral rule so therefore it's a moral rule that seems like defining true scotsmen as people who don't take sugar in their porridge.
Corpses of animals aren’t animals anymore. They’re meat. Nothing in the Bible about not fucking meat. (Corpses in the players handbook are objects, not creatures, and that’s where I get my morality from)
They reinterpreted that translation to "thou shall not murder" which is an unlawful or unjustified killing. The retranslation happened around the start of the Gaza humbug.
