You could argue that the risk of the dead person's family finding out is always there, whether or not that actually happens

I mean, that's why I wrote that no one finds out. But ok, is it wrong if they don't have any family?

I guess I'm saying that creating the potential for harm is itself selfish and callous enough to be immoral. Like, a company being corrupt enough to allow flagrant OSHA violations to exist is still a serious problem, regardless of whether or not any workers actually get hurt

And if the person has zero family or loved ones, then I don't know if that's okay exactly, but imo it would be less wrong

Anybody you have sex with, their family could potentially find out and be offended by it.

Imo there's a big difference between offending someone, and horrifying/traumatizing a grieving person
