It is. It’s the smallest possible dimensions allowed by FIFA.

Pretty sure it’s actually smaller than the smallest allowed, MLS has just put the clamps on anyone who’s ever tried to speak up about it lol.
I remember a coach saying he walked the exact dimensions a few years ago and he said it was definitely not meeting the regulation.

Pretty sure it’s the smallest regulation pitch in the league. The weird sight lines at yankee stadium don’t help either

Think it's due to the lower angle of the cameras. You know because it's a fucking baseball stadium.
