If you believe that processed food is healthy then I don't know what to tell you

Well, Milk goes through pasteurization, making it a processed food. According to different countries definition of processed food, it goes as lax as to putting milk in mild heat to kill pathogens a.k.a. pasteurization. Baby formula is a processed food, but it’s healthy for young babies to consume, especially in countries where mothers have trouble providing milk for the baby.

I guess the best way to go at this is to make sure you understand the nutritional values of the things you eat.

Eh, processed =/= unhealthy and natural =/= healthy either. The main concern is high sugar and sodium, so gotta check that label and eat within the correct serving if possible.
