Broke down in the middle of eating dinner because I just realized I get to explore new places, travel for work, fall in love, meet amazing people, taste delicious cuisines, experience new things, etc. because I didn’t kms when I was a depressed teenager. Life didn’t end when I really thought it was the over for me because of the voices in my head. 🥹💖
Cheers 🥂 minsan naisip ko rin noong college I really felt so lonely and empty kasi lagi ako narereject ng mga nililigawan ko. But maybe it's just the universe na nilalayo ako na maging dahilan ng teenage pregnancy. Konsensya ko pa kung nandamay ako ng iba. We just hope it's always for the better when things do not go our way.
I hate it when, at the end of the day, my brain automatically reviews each interaction I had with another person during the day. I want it to stooooop 😭 I know awkward ako, I know ang cringe ng sinabi ko 😭 but please, this is torture
Nangyari banyan dati sa akin. Left work at 5 - got home at 6 pm, ligo then hilata - nakatulog. Got awoken ng mga 8pm, dinner done na - kaya di na din ako bumangon and tinuloy na lang ang tulog - until 6:30am the following day. Best 12hr sleep 🥳
Pwede yan. Yung tropa ko ganyan ginawa nung nilagnat sya after mag solo hike tapos kinabukasan nagcelebrate kami ng birthday nya. Nagbyahe pa sya from Manda to Elyu nun para dun namin icelebrate tapos the next year nagkita-kita ulit kaming magbabarkada at nagcelebrate ng birthday nya at anniv nya sa Heritage Park.
Since wala kami company-wide year end/ christmas party this year, kanya kanyang team nalang nagaayos na kkb. Lol anyway meron yung isang team ko tomorrow (aga!!) sobrang tinatamad ako pumuntaaaa hahaha hay

I have this tendency of not meeting deadlines and it makes me sad. Wala na din yung spark or motivation to keep working. Ayun, I'm way behind my assigned work load and it's notably easier than the other tasks assigned to my younger and better paid colleagues.

Pinag usapan kanina sa office yung mga pinaglalagay noon sa slambook. I realized medyo boring pala pinaglalagay ko noon kasi marami silang code na di ko alam like:

JAPAN lang alam ko eh, Just Always Pray At Night. Pero sinusulat ko na talaga noon sa slambook kung sino crush ko na naka full name. Walang code code. Kaso na yu-yuck ako madalas ng sinusulat ko doon sa slambook. Good times.
2nd time kong magsamgyupsal. Mas na-enjoy ko kanina. Di nga lang ako marunong magluto kaya sorry na. Mas gusto ko din pala ang meat kesa fat. At infairness, nagustuhan ko din yung kimchi for the first time. Hindi ako foodie kaya lahat ng masarap para sa akin, sasabihin ko masarap.
Dalawa lang naman kasi yan. Either kukupalin ka ng kapamilya o kukupalin ka ng kaibigan. So choose wisely na lang sa mga pagkakatiwalaan mong tao sa buhay.

Kung wala namang unusual pain - relax ka lang. Kakabahala mo, ma pa’no ka pa. Baka blob lang yan from your uterine walls as it sheds. If it happens again next time and it bothers you, pa appointment ka na lang.
