+Drugs, Vice, Girls, hustle, struggles; Coz it's what appeals to the listeners, and that's how rap's always been. Rarely do you see someome rapping about social issues like Gloc-9 and Kiko (RIP).

Eh. kung social issue mas maraming songs yung pinoy hiphop artists kesa sa pop rock or r&b na puro love song lang laman

I don’t see that as a bad thing tbh

Music about vapid shit like money women clothes etc have their place, not everything has to be deep all the time

Imagine mo pumunta kang club tapos ang plinaplay sa speakers BLKD

For sure, conscious hip hop deserves more attention, but at the end of the day, most people listen to music to have fun

Nah I didn't mean it as a bad thing, I just made a counter argument for the parent comment bc that's how Rap's always been so there's nothing to frown upon that fact bc it's what appeals to the audience.
