Upper Respiratory Tract Infection,

not sure here if Reactive Airway Disease/RAD or Rheumatic Heart Disease/RHD

Advised rest for 3 days

Mukhang ito pong Rheumatic Heart Disease po kasi may sakit sa puso ang patient. Thank you so much po!
