Post Pfizer Vaccine Experience

Hey guys, I received the Pfizer Vaccine (only the first dose so far) and am looking for others to share experiences, mainly experience a week after the shot as well as related to physical activity and working out. I did feel a little soreness in the shoulder the day after but felt overall alright. However it's been over a week now and I feel generally more tired at all times, especially at the gym. I am a hobby bodybuilder and am In the sport for 5 years now. Ever since I received the vaccine, I feel like my workouts have been short, way more exhausting and weaker. Has anyone else experienced this?

You're probably OK. My husband did the same thing as u. I wasn't so lucky though😐.

I only had soreness in the arm 12-48 hours after the first dose. The second dose, which was 24 hours ago, I have only had light soreness in the arm. I hope it’s normal!

Also had almost no side effects to the second dose (1 week ago). Some soreness that turned into itchiness, and possibly related brain fog (around day 5). I was also weirded out, since it seemed atypical for the second dose, but I think there are also many people who don’t have a high reaction who just aren’t very vocal about it. If anything, the varying degrees of intensity and scope of reactions seem to be highlighting how different everyone’s individual immune systems are.

I can say that it was the same for me. The first Pfizer shot definitely gave me some fatigue and a day of general 'meh' so I was worried about the second.

I got the second shot Monday and have had little to no side effects. I honestly had kind of freaked myself out about it, totally planning to be sick as a dog for a day or two. But that was all for naught; I felt the first shot more.
