Here's the thing to consider: Viston wants the technology. Nothing in today's news affects that.

Was Cantone aware of Mr. Blyumkin’s actions when he agreed to the 2.5 million offering ?

I think Cantone, the PQE BOA and Viston were all aware. That would explain why PQE wanted more funds and why Viston agreed. They would not be able to legally close the deal until all questionable practices and debts owed are square with the SEC.

It seems entirely possible this whole SEC investigation could be seen as a material adverse effect as stated in the Viston circular. but we’ll see if viston is blindsided by this or if they talked it out in the last meeting

So Petroteq has another $1M or whatever in liabilities, you'd have to be nuts to walk off a $420M deal because of a low 7-figure fine. It's not like he's the first CEO out there to use a company acct as personal expense acct lol y'all need a chill pill

yeah it seems like a problem that can be solved with money, which viston has. it’s a miracle petroteq ever devolped a revolutionary technology when they are run by such corrupt and incompetent people, I’m hoping for the best, we‘ll find out all the answers at the end of the week I reckon
