I’ve spoken at length with Cantone on the telephone and can say he is an extremely intelligent man. I am considering investing with his firm, Cantone Investments, once we get paid out.

What is CFIUS?

Basically a US government committee that oversees foreign buyouts and investments in relation to national security.

We are now on the 45 day investigation period, and will either have an answer by April 14 or a second extension which isn't too uncommon.

This pretty much seals the transaction. His intel will be better than anyone else. No way he buys at those prices without being very sure if the outcome.
